HOW TO ORDER

How Do I Place An Order?

All item display are available unless stated sold out. If interested, email us the item name and colour.

After we receive your email of order item, we will email you bank account number and total amount for you to make payment.

After making payment, please email us all the payment information, full name, address, phone number.

We will validate and check the payment that have been make and will ship the item to you.

If payment made before 12 AM, shipping will be at the same day, otherwise It will be ship on the next day. Please note that, Saturday and Sunday or Public Holiday will not have any shipping activity.

Payment and Shipping
Payment only accepted via CIMB or Maybank

Shipping will take about 1 to 2 days , while delivery between 2 to 5 days depends on address.

Shipping only through PosLaju, we will update and email the shipment tracking number after 530 PM.

For security purpose, please email us as soon as possible once you have made the payment for us to validate and for faster shipping.

Returns & Refunds
All products sold will have a 2 days return policy only if the product is damaged.

Must inform in 2 days by email us the detail.

We will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to our address at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipment back to us thus is advised to use insured registered shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to us within 5 days after receiving the return confirmation.

Terms & Conditions
First come first serve basis.

Only serious buyers; no BACKOUTS or EXCHANGE after invoice been sent to you. BACKOUT BUYERS will be BLACKLISTED.

It's ok to change your mind however. If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order. You will not be blacklisted then.

Buying is at your own risk.

Items are 100% in new and good condition.

Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable. (Unless Rejected)

Colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products because of the monitor setting.

We will be using Pos Laju Malaysia to deliver your purchase.

Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as Pos Laju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Post Office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 5 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
